1. Business Cafe International – I moved to Croatia and started my own business
No, it’s not a joke! We were crazy enough to move to Croatia and start our own business here – First Business Café International in Zagreb
After 9 years of organising Business Café events in 7 countries, gathering small entrepreneurs and those who want to become one, Business Café is now gathering expats who had moved to Croatia and started their own business.
The idea is to show that even though many people have been moving out of Croatia, there are still numerous people moving in and starting their own businesses although Croatia is neither known nor recognized for its entrepreneurial culture.
The first event will be held on April 1st at Rooftop Lateral at 6 p.m.
Our guests will be Paul Bradbury, a Brit who loves Hvar and the owner of Total Croatia News portal, and Natalia Zielinska, an EU consultant from Poland who lives in Ogulin and also runs Entrepreneur Academy there.
After talking to Paul and Natalia, attendants will be offered drinks and snacks provided by Lisak Catering and there will be plenty of time for networking.
Join us, learn new things, get inspired and connect with new people. New friendships and business opportunities are awaiting.
